Project Scope
This renovation completely revitalized a traditional home by redesigning the main living, kitchen, and dining areas with Mediterranean-inspired elements. The original layout lacked natural light, minimal backyard views, and an inefficient kitchen. We addressed these issues by replacing a window and door with a large sliding glass door, perfectly aligning it with a spacious kitchen island. The result is a bright, open kitchen that floods with natural light, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces while improving functionality.
Project DETAILS
Medium-toned wood floors were installed throughout, adding warmth and continuity to the open layout. The kitchen received a fresh, bold look with green cabinetry, modern Café appliances, soft linen drapery, and a striking 14-foot island, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Roman Clay Paint, elegant arches, and thoughtful rattan and brass details were incorporated to elevate the overall aesthetic, merging European charm with contemporary style.
